Pastor Sheila Frazer
Pastor Sheila Frazer is an ordained Elder, who began her preaching ministry at the young age of 16 years old. Holding a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services from the Audrey Cohen College, and a Master's Degree in Nonprofit Management, from the Metropolitan College of NY, Pastor Sheila is a Human Services Professional, who has spent over 18 years in service to the youth and families of Staten Island and beyond. She has developed countless treatment plans designed to engage persistent household dynamics contributing to family dysfunctions. She has served in direct care and supervisory roles in the provision of quality service delivery to diverse populations- including at risk youth, the developmentally disabled, substance abuse users, and those contending with significant mental health challenges.
A serial entrepreneur, Pastor Sheila launched her initial solo project in 2008, named Ezra 8:21 Ministries, Inc.-a faith-based nonprofit Leadership and Life Skills Training agency. Through this, Pastor Sheila has been contracted to work with NY and NJ Public Schools, as well as faith-based and corporate entities to facilitate Conflict Resolution trainings, Anti-Bullying assemblies, and Girls' Mentoring programs. She has been hired to train aspiring church leaders and Boards of Directors in strategic planning processes. Pastor Sheila later launched, The Life Assignment Coaching and Consulting, LLC.- providing Transitional Coaching services to individuals, and Change Management consulting services to organizations- helping those that are frustrated, stagnate, stuck, overcome inner barriers to Change. As a Life Coach, Pastor Sheila is trained in Neuro Linguistic Programming, Faith Based Coaching, and the Maxwell Coaching Method.
Pastor Sheila is the successor to the Dr. Mary E. Frazer, who faithfully shepherded the flock of the Full Gospel Tabernacle, for a tenure of 40 years. Dr. Frazer remains on staff to date, as the Pastor Emeritus, providing much valued oversight to the ministry.
Pastor Sheila assumed the role of Lead Pastor of this flock in 2016. Under her leadership, the ministry of the church has increased its community engagement via several outreach activities that together support the church's Vision to-Restore Hope in Jesus Christ, To Renew the World. Pastor Sheila is the proud mother of four dynamic children, and six grandchildren. Her children are each engaged in ministry efforts throughout NY and NJ.
Pastor Sheila is a Coach, Mentor, Preacher, Motivational Speaker, and Conference Host who is passionate about living her life as a Change Agent in the World-To the Glory of God!
